Returns :

All items for return must be returned within 7 days.
All Items for return must be returned to the return address stated must be sent recorded delivery.
All items must be returned unopened and unused in the condition they were sold in.
In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original packaging.
With all returns we ask the customer to confirm by email before dispatch, and in writing (signed letter) with the returned product/s,
which items are being returned and that they are :
a) unused
b) in the condition they were sold in
c) reason for return

All refunds may be subject to a small processing fee from our card processor.
